The Food Trucks are Coming

They’re back! The food trucks return to St. Albert Grain Elevator Park to serve up delicious food! Visit the idyllic park setting, bring a blanket or lawn chairs, and enjoy the region’s best food trucks.

Sunday, June 18 from 1 – 5 pm

Join us for a family–friendly Sunday picnic date with a fun, old–fashioned penny carnival — a perfect way to celebrate Father’s Day!

Friday, August 25 from 5 – 9 pm

Close out your summer as the food trucks return to the St. Albert Grain Elevator Park for a second event. Join us for great food, beer gardens, live music and tours of the historic grain elevators.

Canada Day

Saturday, July 1 from 12 – 4 pm

Join us for Canada’s 150th birthday at St. Albert Grain Elevator Park, Little White School and Father Lacombe Chapel from 12 – 4 pm!

Backpack Walking Tours

Self-guided Walking Tour

$3 donation

Rent a backpack from the Musée Héritage Museum or St. Albert Grain Elevator Park and enjoy a walking tour at your own pace. Backpacks are equipped with resources that will enhance your walking tour as you learn about the history and ecosystem of the Sturgeon River.

Historic Walking Tours

$3 donation

Traverse St. Albert’s past on foot and discover what makes our city unique. Guided walking tours of St. Albert’s riverside, downtown and Mission Hill run throughout the summer. Downtown and Riverside tours meet at the Little White School (2 Madonna Drive) at 6:30 pm. Mission Hill tours meet at Father Lacombe Chapel (2 St.Vital Avenue) at 6:30 pm. Tours range from one – two hours long.
